C-Track

We have been contacted by a firm called Hybrid Collections that we owe C-Track an amount of R45 634.41. We told them that is impossible. My secretary told me that it could not be. On further investigation C-Track came back to us after a while and told us that they never transferred all the vehicles from one company to another, one vehicle was outstanding. They rectified the situation and the amount outstanding was R 1194.74 not R 45 634.41 which we settled emmediately. C-Track, Mr Pieter Taute (***) and Ms Elmarie Steenekamp (***) could not provide us with any explanation or proof of communication to us that this amount was arrears at anytime. We were not aware of this and they still proceeded to to handover the account to Hybrid Collections which was given the wrong information from C-Track. It seems C-Track does not know what is going in their own business. We did proceed to cancel all our vehicles with C-Track and took our business elsewhere.
