C-Track

Good day <br> <br> I went to install the C-track unit in my Vehicle on the 10-12-2015 at the Rivonia Glassfit fitment center.<br> <br> Then on the 18-12-2015 on my way to Kwazulu Natal my cars fender liner came off while we were driving. Firstly i thought it was a tire burst but then when i pulled over to check the tires was fine and the fender liner came off.i Carried on driving.Time Went by and on the 11-02-2016 i received phone calls and Sms's from Ctrack saying that the unit has been tampered with while the car was in my possession i called the call center and i was advised that the units are sensitive and they will reset it for me. The problem persisted and i requested them to send out a technician to please come see whats actually happening. On the 17-02-2016 the technician came out by the name of Sydney and he advised me that the unit wasn't in the car. i escalated the query because i don't know what a Unit looks like and didn't know where it was put how could i be held responsible for this as i am just a customer and put this unit in for my own safety its been a month that I'm driving the vehicle without a unit and I'm paying i need Urgent assistance with this issue even if they can cancel
