Business private report

Transferred c-tracker from company to personal account in January 2015. The business and private report does not include the data for the car before the 28th of January and I have requested it on email they are still giving me what I am able to access from their online service even after several calls requesting the correction of their system, they are still failing to give a proper report. I spoke to Rati and she gave me Michael's email address which I sent the email requesting the correction but the response I received from their general email, reports is still the incomplete one.
