Best experience!

I had a big problem with my car after the deinstallation of car tracker through discovery insure. After they sent out a technician, this technician left without having done a single thing, reports back to the company that my car is sorted out.Which was not the case.I called again and I was accused of lying. To make a long story short, a technical supervisor from ctrack (head office) was sent out after a big fight with Discovery insure. He managed to fix my car within an hour and checked extra things out of courtesy. I am amazed by his attitude and politeness and I feel that he is a really big asset to his company! Thanks for your help and your pleasant attitude! He really went the extra mile!
