Below expectation customer service
Very poor customer service the unit installer was horrible he did a shoddy job in my car and would not take responsibility for his action neither would Ctrack customer service. Ctrack sold me a tracking unit that performed worse than the one I had which they told me were upgrading and they could not set up or work on to provide my needs.
