Be warned about Ctrack vehicle tracking devices and their contracts

Please be warned about ctrack. I had a tracking device installed in my vehicle and it was hijacked. Firstly they put my family at risk because they didn't pickup that the device is being tempered with. Secondly i had to alert them that the car is hijacked and obviously the car was not found. Surprisingly, they expect me to continue paying for the failed and hijacked tracking device and they refuse to cancel the contract unless i pay penalties. This is so unfair and they do this because they know that most of us as consumers are not empowered to challenge such unfairness. Thank you
