Bad Service from CTrack

This is the 2nd report on the same incident:<br> I started getting these sms messages from CTrack that somebody is tampering with my vehicle's battery.while my vehicle is standing in my driveway in a security estate!<br> I obviously reported it to CTrack, got a reference number, no response!<br> Eventually after many phone calls and personal time spend on this matter, CTrack responded and send a technician to repair my vehicle. So the technician came and \repair"the vehicle!. Guesses what? Still receiving the sms messages<br> So my next action plan is requesting CTrack that the MD (who's telephone number or his secretary is a secret) to contact me. Do you think the ***ard did it? His shareholders must fire him as he hasn't got the b..ls to contact me!!!<br> My next move: I cancel my contract and PAY the settlement fee to get rid of CTRack.<br> Guess what"
