Bad service from C-track and Miway Insurance

<p>After I have had a tracker installed into my vehicle weeks ago I still have not received my login details.</p> <p>I have called c-track 8 times and spending an average of 10minutes on the phone. every time I am told that Tazmin will get back to me. The last person I spoke to was Jenifer, she did call me back to confirm my number but nothing since.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will certainly not add a c-track tracker to the rest of my bakkies and cars.</p> <p> </p> <p>Tried to contact Miway as the tracker was installed through them and after I have left messages and was om hold for minutes I gave up. </p> <p>It's sad to see how a public review is the only way to get an immediate and serious response from service providers.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
