bad service

Last year june 2015 i was in involved in a fatal accident and my car was written off when a consultant called me as to in quire about the cars battery been removed i explained that my car was taken to a s**** yard as it was too damaged to be repaired and i dont have another car to transfer the device to the consualtant said she will make a note on the system now im recieving summons to backdate all the premiums how could i pay for services not rendered u cant even see where my car is because of the no bettery and secondly how can i protect s**** which i dont own from theft
