bad service

i put in tract on my car early this year with c-track my car was written off 28/06/2015 sent email to c-track about the accident and told them am no longer owning the car but each and every day keep on getting sms about the car whic is totally wrong asked them to phone my insurance to get their device back but they told me they cant there is a fee need to pay which i disagree asked them to send me call recordings as i never signed anything with them but they cant send me those recording they want me to go to their offices to listen to those recording am busy man todont have time for that what i want is them to stop sending me sms cos dont own the car anymore and before lget recording wont be paying c-track anything i have been sending email but seems lik no one its interested on what am saying
