Bad service

I was recently billed R175 more than what usually pay and R275 for what I don't know. I have spoken to customer service which told me 2-3 days 27/07/15. I called again spoke to accounts they can't sort it out then they told me I must wait another week for a refund. Really now I then emailed the operation manager who just contacted relevant departments but she told me I would hear of her COB 04/O8/2015. Why must I suffer because of it never will I recommend ctrack to anyone. I've had it
