Bad service

<p>I recently took up insurance with miway. I was told by miway that my car will not be covered for theft unless I have a tracker fitted into it. The they gave my details to C-track and was told that they would contact me for the installation. I was contacted a number of days later by a lady from C-track, however I could not speak at that time and asked if she could contact me during my lunch break. Ever since then it's been I struggle to book the installation of the tracker. When I call i get put on hold for ever. Promised call backs are never followed through and when they do call, my phone will ring once and the call will cut. I don't even want to know what hell I will go through if my car is ******. The worst part is that I'm not even covered for theft because the company recommend by my insurance company is hopeless. Just makes me doubt both parties! </p>
