Bad experience ever
I had Installed 2 unit on 2 vehicles the other was giving false alarms in many occasions,was reported but the issue was never resolved the other was only showing 1 location both vehicles were highjack not recovered the second highjack was reported immediately within seconds but ctrack was unable to trace their device they confirmed it was not showing signals for days, they don't do follow ups on investigations. Every time I do follow up it's like they start a new quiry.
