appalling service

<p>I have been getting endless voice automated calls about notification of a registration number cv ….gp , that does not belong to me ,for the past 2 weeks I get these calls on a daily basis at extremely inconvenient times of the day ,every time I need to spend time speaking to a consultant that assures me it won’t happen again and they have removed it from system ,after every call I request to speak to someone in a higher authoritive position and the call just gets ,I’m appalled by your service which I entrust my vehicle with, this is yesterday’s ref number :( ********** 4679) I took to confirm that everything was done and ill definitely be removed from the system., I am not going to carry on with a service provider that can’t handle and manage their own systems and procedures ,how are you still going assist me if I really need the help that I’m paying for.</p>
