Always visible - or not
I'm using Ctrack devices on my vehicles and I reported that they were faulty. The units always report that the cars are being driven, day and night. I always get an incorrect or an outdated location.
A technician came to address the issue on one of the vehicles. When I came back home later in the evening, I found the unit hanging in the footwell. I'd appreciate it if you could resend the guy to come relocate the unit to the dashboard instead - right next to the radio unit. Now I know what you meant by "always visible".
