Always invisible with CTrack
Got a tracking unit installed, worked for a week, now off for two weeks, no assistance from CTrack. The unit consistently reports an invalid location. When I call, they promise to do a hard-reset and to call me back after 15 minutes.
I've been at this for two weeks, no reprieve. Just empty promises
