Agreement not honored

Can C track please stop harassing me. I made an agreement with Elsie that I will pay 1300 in 3 months of which I paid 450 and they debited 163 in my account . I raised my concern when they went into my account trying to take 882 . I was promised by Elsie that the debit orders have been canceled whoever I received a statement that I owe them 1231.40. I’m really disappointed by all this. I honored my side of the agreement but now I’m harassed by this unauthorized debit orders and fees that change. Can C track please explain to me what’s going on. What is the deactivation fee for because according to the agreement with Elsie it was not there. You have locked my bank account so that you can go and take my money as you please. I might as well take you to the ombudsman since I’m treated unfairly. Can this be sorted I’m really getting annoyed by all this.
