36 Month Contract over but sending Final Demand

Hi , I am writing this report on behalf of my father MR REUBEN PERUMAL who is currently unemployed and is 62 years old , he took a C-Track 36 Month Contract on the 11/06/2009 and sent an email in Jan 2013 to cancel the contract but C-Track still continued to Debt my fathers account *******ly by using different bank account numbers to access my Fathers Bank account , so an email was sent to C-track in Oct 2013 to stop them from debiting his account and C-Track respond saying that he entered into an 48 month contract which is a LIE!!! it was a 36 month contract and now they have the nerve to send a FINAL DEMAND LETTER after *******ly debiting his account. I don't understand HOW HE CAN STILL OWE C-TRACK MONEY when the period of contract was between 11/06/2009 to 11/06/2012 and he only cancelled in JAN 2013 via email so the contract is well over , in actual fact C- TRACK owes my father money!!!<br> <br>
