YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK

I have been a tenant with CSI Rentals for 5 years and now when I terminated by my lease they do not want to pay my deposit. They will charge you for ceiling marks that are caused by leakage, I mean how in the world can a person cause marks on the ceilings? Wall marks I can understand, but ceiling marks? They will even charge you a call out fee for a company that is their service provider just to ensure that your deposit is finished and no refund is due to you. Stay away from these guys, they are ******. I am happy I did not buy through them.
