CSI RENTALS MIDRAND - *******
CSI Property Management San Ridge Heights is withholding my deposit ,I left due to the high electricity charges from a 3rd vendor As a single mum - i could not afford to stay - now they are charging R2000 for a curtain hook , and still holding my *** deposit - please can someone help me get hold of the CEO of CSI rentals - i will take this to management and rental tribunal - they ripping of a single mum who needs the money to support her children - Chantelle Dockrall - must be the owner - cause her ATTITUDE is next level - they not even talking about the weekend i was left stranded with a leaking tap and no water - PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM CSI RENTAL - BIG MISTAKE

There should be a - star, why are these people even still operating, do not rent or buy any property that is under them. They will want to take all your deposit money when you move out. Hello Peter do something shut them down, they are so pathetic. Eunice is the only good thing they have, the rest of them pathetic and calculating no shame at all.

My Journey with CSI ; Marksman Midrand hasn’t been smooth. It’s had its ups and down and dealing with all required Patience and Humanity and Understanding. As we still live and Fresh from Woman’s Month I don’t want to close or allow these Female Angels to go un-noticed : Tatum Segal and Ilse Marais , I don’t want to put much details cause its too long but Ladies you know what you know and I would like to say Thank you in public and keep up the good work

My experience with CSI has been appalling, this company needs to be closed down. They are running a ***** skeem with deposits. If you thinking of being their tenant RUN as fast as you can.

Repairs approved for my unit at the start of 2026 but no repairs have been conducted for the past 8 months!
I live in Zwartkop, Riverside place. It’s with great disappointment that I have to say it’s been 8 months that I’m waiting for repairs to be conducted in my unit and still nothing has been done! I have complained and logged numerous tickets from the start of 2026 and I have gotten no help till now August 2026! I have complained and complained and sent numerous emails to agents and body corporate for repairs I have proof of emails stating the repairs were approved at the start of the year 2026 but sadly no repairs has been conducted since date. The bathroom sink and tap is still leaking flooding my bathroom whereby I can’t even open the tap to wash my hands. The cupboards are full of mould, the kitchen sink cupboard has swelled months ago and left like that after complaining and sending pictures of all mentioned damages but no help. A debt collector from CSI rentals called me a few months ago threatening me over the phone also saying they can’t send out contractors twice as it’s costs them R700 a time and that’s too much of money for them to pay. No administrator from CSI management has contacted me to even book a date for repairs to be conducted. Nobody from CSI property management has reached out , nobody from Maintanence has reached out at all to even book a date for repairs, disgusting service. All they care about is rent money and not about the tenant and the living conditions. Am I ever going get assisted???? Will anyone ever reach out to me to even get the repairs done?

Worst property management ever!
The worst agency you can live under is CSI property management , these guys are rude and ***********, when I finally moved out from San ridge heights they with held 100% of my deposit among many other issues I had with their management, if you don’t value your peace of mind please move into apartments they manage
