They do an exit inspection, they give you Johan(this person was not even there on the entry-when you view and do entry inspection they use salesmen.) 5. They charge you to pay damages like tiles. Watermarks, mind you! This you would’ve reported at some time that your flat is leaking. So you have fo pay. They do this when you move out.
