Worst estate management

I have had the worst experience dealing with the property manager. Moving into a New house should be best and seamless experience that one must go through but no this estate management dumped a huge rates and taxes (dustbin levy) bill on me after 6months of me paying my bill. This particular levy was meant to be carried through by the levies I pay since they advised they privatized the picking of the waste. I usually if not always pay my COJ with more than what is outstanding and am always in surplus so I was baffled when I saw a bill of R2700 outstanding. I immediately raised my concerns with CSI and was advised that they will pay the outstanding balance. It's been more than another 6 months and no one has gotten back to me, while i accrue interest on my bill. I do not like debt and pay all my creditors on time, so this really gives my heart palpations when I see my bill on monthly basis. I wish someone can sort this out ASAP just like they are quick to bill me with my levies which the way are always paid on time.
