Worst company to rent with

To anyone looking to rent with CSI Rentals they have the worst service ever. 1tly they will accept ur deposit when you move in to the flat its not ready durty things not working. 2nd their comminication levels are worst once they take your money their sales lady mpume stops all communication then she tells you to deal with head office. Then they have a lady called monique who is a pure ****** then their boss allison says she is helping but never really does anything. After moving out of the flat they hire a 3rd party consultant who comes to do an exit inspection then takes defects that were pre existing and then you will be billed for against ur deposit. Its been 2 months after moving out and we have no received our deposit back. And they lie about doing repaires they say theve done when they have not done a thing. Worst service ever
