With CSI, money comes first, followed by ..…. (almost said service) ….. money

I purchased a property from Central Development on Route 82 and signed a mandate with CSI because they assured me that they could find tenants for investors in less than 2 months. This was the only reason I opted in. It was strictly for investment reasons. I've been paying for an empty apartment for 7 months, and when I called to inquire about the tenant, I was told that the person who was handling my request had moved on to another position. I was perplexed, as I had no idea what this had to do with the fact that no one was keeping their end of the bargain. No matter what type of work you do, you will always pass the reins on to someone else. The most unpleasant aspect is that they would inquire about levy payments 2 to 3 times every week. I had made a payment two weeks ago and intended to pay the remainder by the end of the month, yet they on case every 3rd day. I wish they would apply the same passion to fulfilling the expectations they've created as they do towards requesting money. I regret purchasing the apartment, which has cost me so much money!! I must now attempt to sell this apartment and eliminate this financial burden.
