Waterfall ridge

I am extremely disappointed with the service and treatment I have received from Pinnacle Group SA and CSI Rentals while living at Unit 170, waterfall Ridge . For months, I have been dealing with a serious health hazard caused by a buildup of bird droppings on my property. Despite numerous complaints and requests for help, the property management has completely ignored the issue, leaving me exposed to dangerous and unsanitary conditions.

In an attempt to protect myself, I installed a tarp to shield my living space from the daily accumulation of bird droppings. Instead of resolving the underlying problem, the property manager instructed me to remove the tarp because it was deemed “aesthetically displeasing.”

I am paying R8,500 monthly in rent, yet I am forced to endure unsafe living conditions. The Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Rental Housing Act clearly state that tenants have the right to live in a safe and healthy environment — yet Pinnacle Group SA and CSI Rentals have shown zero accountability.

This is unacceptable! I urge management to take immediate action to fix the bird infestation problem and to stop prioritizing appearance over tenant health and safety. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable
