Water

I own a unit at ROUTE 82 security village, I've lived there for almost 2years now. Two weeks ago the water supply was disconnected due to the fact that the estate owes the municipality, my issue is I pay my levies and I don't owe them, i am on prepaid water and electricity, we were informed that we are suffering because some of the home owners don't Pau their levies which is not fair to us who pay. Today 3rd of Feb we don't have water since yesterday. The HOA hasn't communicated
