WARNING OF MISLEADED INFORMATION!

I am really very disappointed with the way we were treated by CSI. When my mother moved into Twee Riviere, I was told that we can put up some paintings for her and that they will usually not charge for fixing it afterwards. I told Annalie that my mother is a pensioner, earning a very small pension and couldn't afford to lose her deposit for repairs afterwards. She assured me it was okay to put up some wall hangings to make it homely for my mom. After 8 months we had to move her due to dementia and we left the bachelor's flat spotless clean with only a few nails on the wall. The wall was still brand new as it was painted just before my mother moved in. I then got such a big shock as they have deducted R2 000,00 from my mother's deposit for repairs, without even notifying me beforehand. If it was necessary to fix the wall because of the nails, we could have done it for much cheaper than that. I've sent a complaint, but they didn't even bother to reply. I really feel that this was unnecessary and that we were misinformed from the start.
