Want my refund

I am more than irritated with poor customer experience that we always receiving from CSI, when i was staying at one of the properties that they service, I sold the house, and paid levies upfront, as it was a requirement for the deeds office to register the house to new owners. CSI is owing me R500.00 plus levies for December as the house was registered on the 2nd. To my suprise CSI sent me levies for January while im waiting for refund and supposed to sned the January 2026 levies to the new owners. The lawywers sent Michelle Williams the updates, and she is not bothering to respond since the 2nd
