Very disappointed

On exit inspection, after having cleaned the rental flat very comprehensively myself, five tiny dust/scuff marks were found on the walls. I acknowledged that they would need to be cleaned for the new tenants, and when the account came it was for R1300! My subsequent experience of their client service following this dispute was disappointing in the extreme. I paid the account but wouldn't recommend their services to anyone, especially since I now see a trend of similar complaints on HelloPeter.
