Unprofessional, *********** personnel. Don't pay back any deposit or interest.

The agents are very unprofessional. The lady doing the first inspection before moving in do does not make notes of the deviations reported. After 6 months I asked to convert my contract to a month-to-month contract. After 2 months I move out and they accuse me of early termination. I did give 1 month notice. The agent who does the inspection after I move out arrive 52 minutes late for our appointment. I tell him I can't stay for another hour because I have to go back to work. according to him, he had a family gathering. He continues with the inspection without my consent. At the end they keep my deposit and charge me another R2200 on top of the deposit for defects. I also did not receive one sent interest on the deposit, which is a legal requirement. I wrote an email to the admin officer, and she just block my emails. According to her case closed.
