Unfair repair charges

I just recently moved out, following my inspection, I was charged for a shoe mark on the ceiling which amounted to R900, a scratch on one foot eh doors amounting to R200 and a labour fee of R500. I then asked for previous inspection reports because how would I have walked on the ceiling?. I didn’t get the inspection report, I even offered to bring in my shoe to check with the one on the ceiling and I was also ignored. After much fighting, I decided to just do my own repairs and paint the door scratch and the shoe mark on the ceiling, but they are now claiming I should have painted the whole ceiling. How when I didn’t even leave that mark there and they refuse to pay me back my money.
