Unfair legal charges

Csi Property Development is busy charging me legal fees for an up to date account of which the are now increasing the legal fees while my account is up to date. My levies is R616 and they have added R335 to my statement of which last month they added R230. I have been paying my fees accordingly and the last communication with them was in March when they failed to explain certain queries. Their debtors department doesn't respond but only charge me for what i don't understand because my statement is up to date and paying levies accordingly.
