Unfair Conduct by landlord

I am very unhappy with service received from CSI rentals. I called to advice of my financial situation and explained my rent is going to be late. no where in my contract or in the letter of demand did they state the will cut my utilities, they gave me 20 days and 2 days later they cut my utilities. as per the Rental Housing Act, that is ********. I have a sickly baby in the house who's health will be affected by this. i have explored my legal avenues and i also have rights as tenant. this i am definitely taking further, and they are responsible for the legal fees as well.
