UNFAIR CHARGES TOWARDS TENANTS

Had the worst experience renting an apartment via these ppl. They charged me for painting and repairs of the property I rented, of which the painting was never done. Have to pay for the painting of walls where the TV brackets where supposedly removed. But new tenants are using my TV brackets? I tried negotiating with them via several mails, just to stop getting feedback and receiving a mail where I am notified that I am handed over to Debt Collectors. They took my entire deposit of R 5500, and I had to pay in an extra R 1925.59. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE AGENTS!! They will suck you dry
