Unbelievably pathetic service!!!

Endless problems with them, started with them when we 1st moved into the complex. We rented out a place only to be told it was to be sold in a month and we would not be getting our R6000 deposit back as,as per Bianca people mess up the place always. After a major fight they agreed that we dont pay the new deposit and new contract fee(like they wanted again), didnt even bother to find us a place until last min.<br> <br> We found one with no other choice, and moved in only to find there was a million repairs to be done. My sister actually stayed in her room with a broken window all winter!!!<br> <br> They made arrangements to do repairs months later, but on a Saturday with an hour notice whilst we were 200km away for the weekend.<br> <br> The place has reached a stage where the kitchen tap has fallen off and with people trying to jump over the complex wall, our sliding door still doesnt lock.<br> <br> How utterly shocked i was when i informed Bianca that i wont be paying the rent until repairs are done, for her to tell me that it doesnt phase her and there will be consuquences if the rent isnt paid.<br> <br> How is this service when we pay R6000 rent for a two bedroom flat? And get nothing in return?<br> <br> What a shame.
