Unacceptable delay and poor communication on urgent paving repair at Thatchhill Estate

I am a property owner at Thatch hill Estate and I have been experiencing a frustrating and ongoing issue regarding a paving repair needed due to a burst pipe reported back in May 2025. Despite the quotation for the repair being submitted to the estate directors in June, the matter remains unresolved nearly five months later. Repeated attempts to get updates or approvals through the estate management and agent have been ignored or met with significant delays. This delay has caused continuous inconvenience and safety risks, including restricted access to the garage and water pooling that could worsen the damage. Despite multiple follow up emails and requests for escalation, I have yet to receive a clear timeline for when the repair will be approved and commenced. The lack of communication and apparent in efficiency is deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on the estate management. I urge the management and board of directors to prioritize this repair and improve their communication with residents. Prompt and transparent service is expected, especially when safety concerns are involved
