Think twice before moving to Tereneur Estate

Yesterday when I got home my geyser was leaking. All the maintenance guys could say was that they can only fix it the morning. Apparently they did see it but I was not contacted and they were in meeting the whole day (But if you owed them money, you will get a call, email and sms). Hence, you will pay r5000 rent and will still have to boil water as if you are living in the dark ages. Then the faulty geyser cost me 70units of electricity (R120) and all they can say is that it is not covered. This is the second incident where the geyser was faulty. The first time the switch was not going on. Again, I had to boil water as if I am not paying enough. If you decide to stay there, you will pay ridiculous amount for rent and they will not even be able to provide safety for you and your family as there is a perpetrator in the complex. Your will not have proper washing lines. The walls will crack so easily that you will laugh. Think twice and ask around before you move in!
