The worst property agents

These are the worst agents anyone can use. Totally unprofessional and do not own up to their Mistakes. we scheduled an exit inspection and the agent did not show up nor answer calls. He then did the inspection without me (tenant) and came up with a huge amount of repairs of which no pictures were provided. the law clearly states that It is important that the landlord (or agent) & tenant are present at both the entry & exit inspection. If the landlord fails to carry out an entry & exit inspection with the tenant present the property is assumed to be in acceptable condition & the landlord is not permitted to deduct any money for repair costs from the tenant’s rental deposit at the end of the lease term. I have been having back and forth emails with Angelique who is clearly not willing to address this issue and keep saying I was not present at the inspection when they are the ones who did not show up. If you are renting at a property represented by them be sure to have a lawyer because they will give you a run around for your deposit.
