terrible service and no assistance

<p>I bought prepaid electricity today for R250.00 through my bank, then I received a SMS advising me that my Meter number is in Arrears and they can’t provide me with the voucher number .</p> <p>I contact CSI RENTALS and I spoke to Monique Germishuizen .</p> <p>Instead of assisting me she gave me an attitude and started shouting at me telling me she can’t see any problem with my Meter number and instructed me to buy another electricity , or Contact the Supplier. I asked about the money I have already paid but she was not interested in what I had to say or resolving the issue at hand. The R250 seems to have been already allocated to their arrears.</p> <p> I pay my rent on time and most times I pay in advance to avoid any issues. The electricity being in arrears is due to CSI own negligence with their account with the municipality. And given their customer service and unwillingness to do their job well judging by Monique Germishuizen behavior it is a testament to that.</p> <p> As I am writing this email, my fridge is defrosting and my food is going off. I will have to throw it away because of such bad service from CSI Agent.</p> <p> The Disrespect that Monique Germishuizen has with clients shows that she doesn’t want to work there and doesn’t care about the PAYING tenants.</p> <p> And this is not the first time I’m receiving BAD service from her. A few weeks ago I called in to ask for a statement because I was not receiving my statement for almost 3 months , she told me that she is too busy to assist me and dropped the call. As a tenant I have the right to receive them for record purposes and to see where my account stands. 3 months without a statement and to be dismissed for asking for it is appalling </p> <p> Going from the service I received from this agent, I don’t advise anyone to rent with CSI RENTALS ( MIDRIVER ESTATE ) .
