Stinking attitude on the phone

I called CSI trying sort out the fact that they should know that if l couldnt pay my rent on the 1st ,it doesnt mean l wont pay rent, l will pay on the 2nd or 3rd it just as l have been paying it more than 4 years back they should not send me threatening messages especially when the month ends on an odd day. Ffwrd<br> <br> So l call CSI to check if perhaps l could arrange with them that if l don't pay rent on the 1st l will most definitely pay it on the 2nd or 3rd and maybe they would stop sending threatening messages on the 2nd of the month(April) l mean if they don't have that option well l was gna be ok with it coz l mostly pay my rent on time anyways. ok, l call and ask to speak to Melody, she wasn't in and a girl by the name of Bianca said she would assist me instead she yelled as to talking to me like an adult....l explained to her...since she was getting difficult and mean l asked to speak to someone that would help me she said NO ONE will help me except for her, she kept on shouting and yelling asking me what funny company am l working for, that pays salary on a certain date, she said Melody wont help you as well. She is the rudest, bitter and ********* person, she will bring CSI
