STILL HAVE BROKEN CUPBOARDS

I'm living at a unit at Southgate Ridge for the past 6 months and recently just signed a new lease because my wife don't like moving around but I have been sitting with broken cupboards since December 2014.These people expect you to pay the full rent for the unit but there are a number of things that need attention in that unit. I am promised every time by a guy named Dal that he would come on Sunday but guess what 24 Sundays has passed and still nothing has been done. The Manager Stephen only calls this guy Dal and says he will come Sunday but does not follow up on it. So disappointed as is place is not a bad complex to live in.
