They are ******ion masters of Deposits, they are trying to make me accountable for things that were even noted in the entry inspection just because they can, I have tried several times to point them out and sent several emails to Alison yet she ignores them and respond after weeks with requests for more time to investigate. What do you investigate if you can just look at entry and exit reports to see what appears commonly? She is rude and I think it's because they know they have your money hence they treat human being like this... I wonder how CSI still has business, moreover I wonder if the owners know how customers are treated. What a shameful agency. I have referred the matter to the tribunal and from there I'm going to the small claims court.
