Screaming children

We rent at Lonedale estate and the children is a big problem . They play between houses and cars, and is very loud. We have made many complaints and we just hear excuses . About a month and 3 weeks ago they (Eben) said to wait a month for the park to be fixed up and then they will be allowed to do something about the children. The park is still not fixed up and my complaints are now being ignored. According to the contract I signed children are not allowed to play anywhere near houses or cars.
