Ruthless, heartless capitalists.

Worst agency I have had to deal with. Firstly, they posted a duplex online with photos, but when you go for a viewing they show you a flat, and the price online was for a flat, yet the duplex was advertised. We ended up staying in the flat, where our oven was not usable for a majority of the 2 years, and took them almost 7 months to send someone and constant follow ups with no feedback. The finance department is absolutely useless and rude, and does not care except for money, and was unwilling to take my call when they wanted to increase my rent every month for extending my contract on a month to month basis. It also took them 3 months to sort out the fibre, for which I had to pay until that was done. When we finally left, I got a professional cleaning service to valet the entire flat. The agent doing the outbound inspection was highly impressed and was out again in 3 minutes. After which we received a bill to have the whole flat repainted at our expense and a huge portion of our deposit.

These guys do not care about you or their tenants, we even received an aggressive email during lockdown stating that you better pay your rent even during everything going on (I have not missed a single rent payment). But just shows you, they are not even open to assisting struggling tenants or at least open to a conversation.
