Ridge View Unit 117, Reyno Ridge Witbank

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I move into Ridge View Estates at Village 2 Unit 1 in 1 December 2015 with my daugther, granddaughter and two dogs. I had complete all forms. I mounted my two TV's to the walls with the understanding of the contract that all damages had to be repaired. The place got sold and CSI accomodate me with another unit, unit 117 Village 3 in 2016-06-01. I told them to substract any damage cost from my deposito for the first unit, which they did.</p> <p> </p> <p>I moved into Unit 117 Village 3 as mentioned. I also mount my two Tv's to the walls with the the condition as stipulated in the contract to repair it when I will moved out. I never experience problems with my dogs 2 in the first unit and was most of the time during the day at work and did my bible sudies at a Monday, Thuesday and Thursday evenings. </p> <p> </p> <p>I moved to Ridge View only with the option that the place is accomodating animals, which most people have 3 dogs, or animals. The agent in Witbank told me that CSI had a problem with my dogs I got an puppy pekanese, but I told her that I would keep the dog in the yuard. This is not a problem for me, but according the CSI the the application form for my third dogs or any dogs from the beginning was never send through to CSI from the agent in Witbank, when they told me that I can't keep any of my dogs which the one is already 10 years and the other one 6 years. How could this be possible, becuase I had two of my dogs already in the first unit?</p> <p> </p> <p>My microwave oven explode and nothing was damage, the only thing was the ceiling was to be cleaned. I also was for an week without power which was a big concern and inconvience for me. The Muncipality told me that the problem was not their problem and CSI said the provlem was not theirs? I had to send a mail to CSI manager to resolve this issue. </p> <p> </p> <p>I started getting verbal warning that my dogs was an issue, and that the garden service couldnt get into my garden to clean it, but have and domestic worker that could open up. No telephonic communication was done but I only received verbal warning? I also didnt recieved a code of conduct when hiring the first unit. I couldn't understand it becuase there was no complain when staying in previous unit.</p> <p> </p> <p>When receiving the final written warnhing I notice that "none of my dogs was mentioned" and received an mail the first time that CSI will give feedback becuase they must take it to the board and landlords. After a week I have received a mail stating that my dogs is not allowed to stay. I made a dicussionh to move with a mail send to CSI 6 December 2016 and gave notice for December 2016, which they aggreed to. </p> <p> </p> <p>I'v work until the 15th December and had only two weeks left which I had to make a lot of arrangements, which is not a problem. I have moved out on the 27 December and cleaned everthing excepting the holes were the TV's was mounted in the lounge and bedroom. I have arrange with the Maintenance Manager of Ridge View if he could do it fixed the walls for me before the exit inspection. I was very willlingly and said he would repair it for me and also suggest were the cables of the DSTV was take it out and patch it for me. He told me he would do the work for me the two walls and the ceiling and patching work were the cables was for R1,300-00. He also said that the colours could have a two tone, but he think that CSI would be happy with the work. I phone the CSI lady telling her that the walls would be fixed and she said to me if the entire wall would be painted which I said yes. </p> <p> </p> <p>When the two Witbank CSI agnets with my sister come to do the exit inspection they was not happy with the walls and said it was only patch. I took and photo and made a remark on the inspection list. I sign to everything that was not to their standards and said I will fixed it personally. I send throuhg the inspection list to both parties and the incoices of cleaning of the carpets. </p> <p> </p> <p>Ive received a call from the Maintenance manager very upsetting that he is going to remove the paint from the walls and the ceiling and that I can get someone else doing the paintwork for me becuase I have gave false information to the agents. That was not my inentsion to to offend anybody. I have received a mail today from CSI that a follow up inspection was done by one of their agents. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have received a mail from CSI today:-</p> <p> </p> <p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Attached find the re-inspection done and pictures taken as requested below. I will be obtaining a quote from our other maintenance team we use and will send this to you for cost which will be deducted from the deposit accordingly."</p> <p> </p> <p>My response:</p> <p> </p> <p>Good day Bianca,</p> <p> </p> <p>Trust all is fine.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for sending the photo’s as per my request. I took photos of all the walls that needed repair work before( as I needed this looking for quotes from painters) Werner did the painting of all the walls.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you look at these photos and the ones you have sent to me now, you will see that he did more damage to the walls and now I have to compensate for his vandalism. </p> <p> </p> <p>The ceiling is totally damaged, as it was dirty because of the burnt electricity problem I had prior. I had a lady that quoted me on cleaning the ceiling for R250.00 , but I was in a hurry and didn’t want this to only be done on 5/01/2017.
