Repairs approved for my unit at the start of 2026 but no repairs have been conducted for the past 8 months!

I live in Zwartkop, Riverside place. It’s with great disappointment that I have to say it’s been 8 months that I’m waiting for repairs to be conducted in my unit and still nothing has been done! I have complained and logged numerous tickets from the start of 2026 and I have gotten no help till now August 2026! I have complained and complained and sent numerous emails to agents and body corporate for repairs I have proof of emails stating the repairs were approved at the start of the year 2026 but sadly no repairs has been conducted since date. The bathroom sink and tap is still leaking flooding my bathroom whereby I can’t even open the tap to wash my hands. The cupboards are full of mould, the kitchen sink cupboard has swelled months ago and left like that after complaining and sending pictures of all mentioned damages but no help. A debt collector from CSI rentals called me a few months ago threatening me over the phone also saying they can’t send out contractors twice as it’s costs them R700 a time and that’s too much of money for them to pay. No administrator from CSI management has contacted me to even book a date for repairs to be conducted. Nobody from CSI property management has reached out , nobody from Maintanence has reached out at all to even book a date for repairs, disgusting service. All they care about is rent money and not about the tenant and the living conditions. Am I ever going get assisted???? Will anyone ever reach out to me to even get the repairs done?
