Refund request

I sent an email to CSI in April 2024, I got no reply tried again now May 2024 still nothing.

I sold my house in March I overpaid and was due for a refund to date they not responding to my emails.

City of Tshwane where honest they contacted me and are busy with a refund but these ****** refuse to answer my email.
