Poor service and nos upport

Initially when we purchased the units at Lemon Tree it seemed a great opportunity, however since then we have just had endless issues. Water damage from above and in the unit, an insurance claim filed for it. CSI Management promising resolution but nothing ever happens. We now land up having a unit which we will have to redo the whole kitchen etc on our own cost. Truly pathetic!!!
