poor service

I own a townhouse at Ninth On Lever, the security and cleanliness level has gone from bad to worse. The security company that they use is utterly useless.The boom gate is always opened leaving access to anyone and everyone that wants to enter the complex. There is a Tag system that is currently in place only 99% of the tenants don't have tags which in any other complex would be a standard requirement. Nobody monitors this system hence the 99% not having tags. I have a daughter and this lack of security which I pay for by the way is extremely disturbing I also have a car that is insured and one of the questions i was asked is \do you stay is a secure complex with 24hr security"my answer was yes"
