Poor CSI Rentals Landlords

I started renting a CSI rentals' unit from 01 October 2020 in Lephalale (Limpopo). After few weeks when the temperatures went up I started using the aircon but it was not releasing cold air. On 26th October 2020 I reported the defect to CSI rentals rep (name is Ione Viljoen) in line with the lease agreement. An individual was sent by CSI rentals on 02 November to check the aircon and confirmed that it needed gas and a quote will immediately be sent to CSI rentals for approval before refilling the gas. By the 9th November (week later) there was still no further communication, at which point I sent a reminder, which remains unanswered. On 24th November there was still no response and I attempted to get assistance from Agent I signed the lease with but follow up was still forwarded to same unresponsive CSI rental people and to date that follow up was still not responded to. I therefore pay full rent and not receive full benefits of airconditioned unit initially promised. Lack of aircon also affects my productivity when working from home due to very high temperatures. In just less than 2 months I found CSI rentals very poor and failing to fulfil their obligations as Landlords.
